In my experience, when girls show their boobies to guys they get called whores, but when they show them to other girls, they are just comparing, or sharing, or showing off. So, maybe this was a more appropriate place to let the girls play than you might think. They can talk about her fashion and her woman things!

not to change the subject, but I have on several occasions found myself in a situation where I am waiting on a girl with nails like that to complete an order, or fill something out on a computer. It makes me think, are looks really so important that I have to sit here while this idiot tries unsuccessfully to do her job when we all know that the only reason she sucks is that her nails are so long it is virtually impossible for her to type? I mean, i have dreams of every person in the service industry being beautiful and cleavagerific to, but there comes a time when enough is enough, it shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a deposit simply because the girl behind the counter can't hit the shift key without her nail hitting the enter key.

Yeah, I'm not seeing anything wrong with her, especially considering that her boobs are in a tight dress. Body parts aren't really at their best when mashed up against stuff.
