No offense, but you guys don't seem to know how to read business releases. This is not a cash sale, this is a reverse merger that will help stock listings and increase their value. It's a stock deal, and it's all good for Penthouse, Ibill and Care concepts.

Again, no offence, but I'm just wondering if any of you have ever dealt with large public business deals at all.......
