Further down the ccbill page it has this, I guess that sums it up, all the small IBILL partner programs moved to CCBILL. The refer.ccbill.com subdomain is where all the partner program clicks go. Still thats an amzing increase in such a short space of time, goes to show the traffic volume some of those clients have.

But going from 1000 to 500 is a fucking huge ass bump ... I wonder how they got that . That cannot be all ibill's fault
