Brad, I don't like or dis-like you. I think we've only met once. I really don't know you. I've been put off by some of your comments here and there and your unique ways of approaching things, somewhat like this thread, but personalities are all different and I take that into account. I don't need to agree with you to respect you or anyone else. We can agree to disagree.
The bottom line is that Epoch is a service organization. One that I've had the privilege of working with since 1998. I've been a part of it's growth since we were only 13 people, now at somewhere around 250. One of the things that I've always tried to instill in those that I worked closely with here, is to emphasize professional, courteous, precise, and expedient replies to all correspondence and requests. If some area of our operations is lacking as you state in your post, then I definitely and sincerely want to know about it. I support the departments that work 24/7/365 both for our clients and for their customers but I do not pretend that everything is perfect and if there is room for improvement on any level of our operations, I invite you and everyone else to let me know about it immediately.
I receive emails every week thanking tech support for their efforts and quick responses. I monitor this and other boards as much as I can looking for ways to tweak what we do so we are precisely in line with the markets we serve. But I insist on hearing of any troubles immediately.
Webmasters and sponsors are invited to contact me directly with any matter that may seem to be less than the level of service and professionalism you deserve and expect.
Write to me at Rand @ Paycom.net and CC support @ paycom.net.
I will help anyone with anything that I can.
